About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the primary advisor to the Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Assistant Commissioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight, and management of professional services, human capital services, and charge card management programs and contracts. This role involves active participation in the development and interpretation of high-level policy, programs, and business processes, as well as ensuring the smooth and effective flow of information with stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in driving decision-making, conducting special projects, and maintaining collaborative business relations with all stakeholders. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level or higher, with a focus on providing advice and assistance on major management matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing performance metrics, reviewing and implementing changes in policies and procedures, and collaborating with management to improve program quality. The role requires mastery of project management skills, advanced management techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to have expert analytical, writing, and messaging skills, and the ability to represent the Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Assistant Commissioner in various settings.
