About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to serve as the steward of the concession's Strategic Plan and to provide essential support to the CEO in both local and global special initiatives. The CSO will be responsible for advising the CEO on the definition, implementation, and review of the company's strategic plan, as well as for analyzing risks and complex issues to provide strategic guidance. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in a managerial role, with a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and change management. The CSO will also be involved in the evaluation of operational and financial performance, the preparation of executive materials, and the fostering of a culture of innovation and technology across the organization. Candidates for the CSO position at the company should possess the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple workstreams, and be adept at problem-solving in a complex, multi-layered organization. The role demands a change agent with excellent organizational, project management, and managerial skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of US concession management and government relations is a plus. The CSO will be expected to travel and work the hours necessary to achieve the company's goals, with a commitment to relocate as needed.
