The company operates with a flexible hybrid office model and is looking for someone who is comfortable in a small start-up environment and is adept at multitasking. Applicants for the Head of Engineering position at the company should have advanced skills in .Net and C# programming, with a strong background in architecture and design of software. Experience or familiarity with MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and MS SQL is essential. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance hands-on technical work with management duties.
