Join Creighton University as a Special Faculty member to help teach students how to become compassionate nurses! College of Nursing in Phoenix, AZ is hiring experienced Registered Nursesâ?¯who are committed to excellence and quality patient care for full and part time Faculty roles.

Special Faculty typically work 12-18 hours per week. Clinical rotations are 8 weeks.

Provide direct supervision of students in the clinical areas. Oversee Labs and Simulations. Hours vary week to week depending on the number of sections in the lab.

Spring Term 1 (Jan - March): Peds & Mental Health, Community Health
Spring Term 2 (March - May): Med/Surg, Med/Surg/Critical Care, Community Health
Summer Term (June - July): Peds & Mental Health, Community Health
Fall Term 1 (August - October): Med/Surg/Critical Care, Community Health
Fall Term 2 (October - December): Med/Surg, Community Health

Qualifications:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) (or earned doctorate in nursing) OR possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and be currently enrolled in a MSN program to be considered
Minimum of two (2) years in nursing and in the specialty role. Prior teaching in a clinical setting preferred.
A current unencumbered license as an RN in the state of Arizona, or eligibility for licensure
