Children’s Nebraska, with the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, is currently recruiting a BC/BE Pediatric Rheumatologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care to children with rheumatologic diseases, help to expand our established and rapidly growing clinical practice, and be involved in education and/or research.
Position Highlights
The division is looking to active expand with the goal of establishing a fellowship training program. The division of pediatric rheumatology places emphasis equally on both clinical care and academics/research. All candidates will be offered an academic appointment with the University of Nebraska Medical Center, rank commensurate with experience. Appointment is available at the rank of assistant or associate professor, tenure, or non-tenure track, depending on qualifications. The amount of protected time for research, education, or other academic purposes will be determined by the qualifications and interests of the candidate. Clinical responsibilities are mainly outpatient focused, but they involve inpatient rounding as well. There are many opportunities to participate in education and research based on the candidate’s interests.
