Opportunities in:
Crisis Assessment Center
We operate with a No Wrong Door philosophy, meaning every child 0-19 years old will be seen on a walk-in basis. Every child received immediate crisis assessment and their treatment plan begins during the same visit.
Inpatient Care
For those requiring a higher level of care, inpatient hospitalization includes diagnostic evaluation, medication management, family assessments and comprehensive follow-up plans.
Services also include group therapy, social skills training, occupational therapy and meetings with the familys community support network like schools, childcare, community organizations and extended family.
A Brief Overview
Serves as a contributing member on the Behavioral Health team; provides screening and assists with patient disposition plans that present with a health crisis. Helps Behavioral Health patients connect with resources that allow them to manage mental crisis as they arise; improve overall health and potentially avoid hospital encounters. Assists with posting discharge care and connecting patients to community resources and supports for individuals with complex circumstances.
