We are looking to hire an accomplished estate planning attorney with eight to ten years of relevant experience. Attorneys who thrive at Fraser Stryker embrace diverse perspectives, value teamwork, and deliver exceptional client service.

Your Role

  • Legal Advice: Provide counsel to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents;
  • Trust and Estate Administration: Assist clients throughout all stages of the planning process and throughout probate proceedings. Provide fiduciary representation and management of complex trust structures;
  • Collaboration: Partner with client financial and tax advisors to create comprehensive estate plans that achieve the client’s personal, financial, and tax goals;
  • Legal Representation: Represent clients throughout their probate court proceedings and other related legal matters;
  • Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to all applicable estate and gift tax laws/regulations and assist clients with tax planning strategies; and
  • Relationship Management: Manage client relationships for complex estate planning and trust administration matters.

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Eight to ten years of relevant estate planning experience
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of trust and estate administration and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
  • Licensed: Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of Nebraska
  • Client-Centric: Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness
  • Productive: Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Articulate: Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively
  • Flexible: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Autonomy: Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight
  • Driven: Show initiative and seek responsibility
