Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with managers, parts, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and manage inventory effectively.
  • Complete all required project documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a positive image with customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and technical skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HVAC Journeyman Lead Installer in residential settings.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous training and professional development.

Compensation

$2,500 Hiring Bonus: $500 after 30 days of employment and $2,000 after 90 days of employment.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
