Appointment Generator

A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Appointment Generators. This role involves representing our company in a retail environment through the Lennox Program. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers, educate them about our services, and collect their information to schedule a FREE in-home consultation with an A-1 Comfort Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch heating, air, and electrical services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail setting to discuss the Lennox Program.
• Educate customers about the benefits of our services.
• Collect customer information to generate leads for in-home consultations.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Meet weekly lead generation targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.

Compensation

We offer weekly pay and sales commissions on qualifying leads.
