Director, Operations North - CBUSA Remote

Job Title: Director, Operations Texas - CBUSA
Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 Salary
Location: Remote 

The Job:

CBUSA, a Buildertrend Company, is looking for The Director of Operations will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Region Operations Teams within their division and the development of the strategy for driving revenue growth through acquisition, retention, and engagement.

 What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with CBUSA Sales Team to prioritize sales focus and establish resource allocation to meet division sales goals.
• Coordinate with marketing to support acquisition efforts with necessary resources to include: campaigns, collateral, events, etc.
• Support Business Development in New City Startup efforts within division geography.
• Manage Division Trade Partner Specialists to achieve vendor recruitment targets for the division.
• Provide oversight to builder 1 on 1 process within Division and hold Region Managers accountable for completion targets and conversion goals.
• Hold region teams accountable for a thorough onboarding experience for both new vendor and builder members.
• Hold Region Manager’s accountable for the execution of 1 on 1 meetings to include clearly tracking measurable outcomes for positive conversion at the local and national level
• Coordinate with VP of Purchasing on existing contract opportunities and new contract launches to maximize exposure and adoption within the division.
• Manage NCP Conversion specialists to achieve NCP conversion targets within the division.
• Coordinate with marketing on necessary initiatives to help drive engagement amongst the membership.
• Coordinate with events team to provide necessary forums for large scale conversion to include summits, meet the builders, GM meetings, etc.
• Responsible for the hiring and professional development of all the team members within their division.
• Promote growth within the team to help each team member reach their potential and attempt to prepare each person for their next potential role within the company.

Who you are and what you need: 

• Need 1 year of experience as an Regional Manager
• Ability to be self-motivated and entrepreneurial while having strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experienced/knowledgeable in residential buildings, sales, and related fields.
• Possess strong customer service tendencies.
• Competent in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and efficient in email and internet applications.
• Demonstrate problem solving and people skills.
• Establish strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to medium size groups.
• Provide high accuracy in work with great attention to detail.
