School Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Hourly: $35-$45/hour with 30 hours guaranteed with full-time position

MaxAbility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. Full time and part time position(s) available
in school settings in the Omaha, Nebraska / Council Bluffs, Iowa area.

treatment plans designed to help children reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you
can make a difference in the lives of children with speech, language, and communication
disorders. Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:

* Assess and treat patients with speech, language, dysphagia, voice, and fluency
disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure
comprehensive care.
* Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate students and their families about communication disorders and treatment
strategies.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in
the field.

Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
* New graduates considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical
fellowship year.
* Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and
therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
