Job Summary
Process and service commercial, consumer, and real estate loans to comply with state and federal regulations and Enterprise Bank lending policies and procedures.
Applicants must be self-motivated, detail oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, PC skills and problems solving skills. Minimum 3-5 years of commercial real estate, commercial banking or commercial closing experience required. This is an on-site position.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: (not limited to)
• Assist loan officers with ordering and reviewing UCC searches, title insurance, entity documents, flood determinations and other items as needed.
• Commercial, consumer loan and real estate processing, document preparation, disbursing and boarding ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable law and regulations and Enterprise Bank’s loan policy.
• Accurately board, scan and maintain loans in core banking system.
• Ensure collateral requirements are met and in place to secure the bank’s security interest.
• Maintain loan ticklers and financial ticklers.
• Service and maintain participation loans.
• Assist customers and officers with loan payments, payoffs, advances, questions, and corrections.
• Disburse and monitor tax and insurance escrow payments.
• Follow up on loan exceptions.
• Review loan portfolio for FHLB eligibility.
• Balance general ledger accounts.
• Scan loan documents.
• Perform all related Loan Operation duties as required.
• Assist Loan Operation Manager with special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years commercial real estate, commercial banking, or commercial closing experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending compliance, policies, and procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks within the established timeframe.
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and any other applicable software.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
