Bilingual, Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated MST Therapist to provide comprehensive Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services to youth and their families. This role involves delivering direct clinical treatment, including family, individual, and community-based services, with a caseload of 4-6 clients. The therapist will use MST principles and practices to achieve positive outcomes and meet discharge goals.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

$2,500 Hiring Bonus

  • Provides direct clinical treatment (family, individual, community-based services and case management) with an average Case load of no more than 4-6 families at a time.

  • 100% schedule flexibility and consistency in scheduling with the families as evidenced by meeting with families on the average 3-5 hrs. per week at the start of treatment and clinically assessing need throughout treatment.

  • 15-18 billable hours a week

  • Documentation can be completed at home

  • On call is only for the families you work directly with

  • Mileage reimbursement

  • Support of a large organization behind you

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or related field required.

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record required.

  • Ability to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job required.

  • Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws required.

  • Pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.

  • On-call (continuously or rotationally) to provide support required.

  • Possess or have the ability to obtain mental health licensure in Nebraska (e.g., PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP) required.
