Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of the Clinical Services Specialist Nurse is to support excellence in clinical practice standards and service across all Immanuel practice settings. The primary responsibilities of this job are to ensure measurable quality outcomes, process improvement, education/training, policy/procedure and regulatory compliance for the Clinical Operations department of Immanuels Home Office. Partners directly with the Director of Clinical Operations and Medical Director. Provides a diverse range of clinical expertise, tools and specialized consulting to nurses and staff, ensuring they are empowered and accountable for high quality, evidence-based care.

Skills & Requirements

Current and active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.

Bachelors degree in nursing is required or plan for completion within 3 years of hire.

Five (5) years of general and related nursing experience is required.

Two (2) years experience in a supervisory or management role.

Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.

Must have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and have reliable means of transportation.
