You are a person who loves to identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. We need someone who will lead initiatives while leveraging Talent Operations shared services department experts to ensure the highest level of service to their internal client(s) and business sectors. In the role of Talent Operations Business Partner, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the Talent Operations related activities and functions that align with their assigned internal client(s) and business sectors. The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copiers and fax machines.

The incumbent works in an office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise. Routine periods of being on the phone utilizing a headset, sitting and data keying are required.
