Part Time Apartment Maintenance Technician - Sunrise Bluffs and Sunset Apartments

Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Sunrise Bluffs and Sunset apartment communities in Fort Benton, MT. This is a HUD/Conventional property group with 66 units. This position will pay up to $20 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
