Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Residence at Arbor Grove apartment community in Arlington, TX. This is a Senior Tax Credit property with 126 units. This position will pay up to $26.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

Maintenance experience
Three to four years of related experience or training
Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
Ability to work independently
EPA or HVAC certification is required
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
