Part Time Residential Monitor- Rebekah Manor

Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Residential Monitor for Rebekah Manor apartment community in Norfolk, NE. This is a HUD Senior property with 100 units.

What You Will Do

The Residential Monitor is responsible for monitoring the residential property in accordance with Seldin Company policy and procedures.

Essential Functions:

1. Monitor and Respond to Pull Cords.
2. Responds to On-Call and Emergency After-Hours Calls.
3. Common area and Office cleaning.
4. Maintains overall security and operational control of the facility.
5. Maintains chronological written records of events that occur during the shift.
6. Monitors resident hallways.
7. Monitors main and secondary entrances to the facility and answers telephones.
8. Responds to all fire and rescue calls to the property.
9. Attend all staff meetings and training.
10. Remove trash from the maintenance shop.
11. Transport waste to the dumpster.
12. Replenishes trash supplies as needed.
13. Remove dog waste from the grounds.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to prioritize, work in a changing atmosphere, and maintain confidentiality

• General cleaning experience
