Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop: Mentor and inspire the Clinical and Surgical Services teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee organ donation referrals, donor management, organ allocation, and logistical operations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and sustain robust relationships with transplant centers, public and private stakeholders, amplifying donation and transplantation efforts.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure strict adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements from OPTN, CMS, FDA, and CDC.
- Innovation and Improvement: Utilize data analysis to guide decisions, implement process enhancements, and drive improvements in donation rates and outcomes.
- Team Development: Foster a collaborative work environment, establish performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback to achieve organizational goals.
- Surgical Leadership: Oversee organ recovery processes, collaborating with transplant surgeons to enhance procedural efficiencies.
- Fiscal Discipline: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and providing explanations for variances.
- Strategic Planning: Lead divisional planning sessions, aligning initiatives with broader organizational goals and mission.
- Policy Development: Update and communicate policies to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, nursing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience, with a background in organ donation or related clinical fields.
- Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) or Certified Transplant Preservationist (CTP) preferred or obtained within the first available testing cycle.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
