Growth Metrics Co. seeks an experienced digital marketer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, leveraging data and automation to optimize client performance. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, embraces technology and AI, and can drive results while thinking critically and strategically. You must be able to manage multiple client accounts at the same time. 

 

Qualifications include:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Agency or similar experience preferred. Familiarity with PPC, Social, SEO, Email is a plus.

  • Advanced skills in at least one platform: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Linkedin, Tiktok, Microsoft, Google Analytics. If experience is limited to one, a commitment to learning the other within the first 2 months is required.

  • Articulate communication skills to clearly explain marketing strategies and campaign results to internal teams and clients. Yes, you will be talking with our clients on a daily basis.

  • Proficiency with AI tools to assist with campaign analysis, optimization, and deriving data-driven insights to improve performance.

  • Conceptual thinker who can connect marketing efforts to broader business objectives and ensure campaigns support long-term growth.

  • Strategic mindset to develop marketing campaigns that not only drive immediate results but align with the client’s long-term business goals.

  • Critical thinking to analyze data and identify trends that guide marketing decisions.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, consistently looking for ways to optimize and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Must be able to work full-time remotely within the US from 8 am to 5 pm CST.

  • Inherently kind and open to feedback, working effectively in a remote team.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

Campaign Management & Reporting:

  • Consistently gather and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and SEO initiatives to inform clients of the campaign strategy. Build reports. Refine and monitor account performance around messaging themes, landing pages (LPs), ad copy, blog posts, and content offers. Use AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy and derive actionable insights.

Campaign Building & Technical Expertise:

  • Build compelling, effective campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. with the Growth Metrics Co. methodology and account strategy in mind. Ensure they align with Growth Metrics Co. methodology and account strategy. Leverage marketing automation and AI tools to optimize campaign workflows and performance.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Track and optimize the performance of individual campaigns and conversion points. Collaborate across teams for larger shifts/iterations. Monitor performance across channels, particularly low-performing metrics, and identify what needs to be optimized. Derive insights from campaign data. Use real-time data to continuously optimize messaging and strategy.

Effective Campaigns:

  • Campaigns that are error-free, regularly optimized, and contribute to account goals and growth. Ensure that all campaigns are thoroughly checked and optimized for maximum performance. Collaborate across teams to support consistent optimization. Error-free execution is a key priority.

Campaign Insights & Client Communication:

  • Understand the performance of campaigns and digital marketing efforts as a whole. Derive insights and share with client and internal teams on a regular basis. Communicate campaign strategies and results clearly to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals. Answer all communication inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
