We are seeking a highly motivated Professional Civil Engineer who is up for the challenge of opening a new branch office in Oklahoma. We have established clients in Oklahoma and are seeking a full-time Professional Engineer to be in responsible charge of a branch office in the Oklahoma City or Enid, Oklahoma region. The person for this position must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, have or be able to attain Licensure in Oklahoma, possess at least 10 years of civil engineering project and client management experience, and must possess strong people skills and a desire for success.

Responsibilities

Office Manager.
Client Service Management (CSM) activities for specifically targeted clients.
Develop scope and budget for engineering contracts.
Civil Engineering project management.
Performs standard computations or analysis.
Supervises all staff necessary to complete assignments.
May give direction to bridge inspectors and technicians.
Split between office setting (indoor) and field (outdoor) duties depending on the nature of the work being performed.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or (similar engineering degree).
10 years of Project Management experience required.
Professional Engineering License
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong technical/qualitative writing ability.
High level of ethics, creativity, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured required.
