Must meet ONE of the following requirements:

-High School Diploma/GED and at least one year working in a childcare facility - minimun
-Have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) - preferred
-Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree - preferred

Must pass a criminal background check and have current fingerprints by the NSP.

Must have the ability to understand and respond to children's needs. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to learn our curriculum.
