Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Custodian with pride in keeping space clean and organized. This position performs a variety of janitorial duties accurately, and ensures that all areas are clean, functional, and in good repair across both our offices and production floor. Every great team needs someone who keeps things running behind the scenes—and that could be you.

Clean and disinfect all restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.)
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all floors and surfaces in offices, hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas
Empty all trash and recycling bins and remove waste to appropriate disposal areas
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
Report major repair needs or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager
Assist with room setup, teardowns, or bench moving as needed
Respond to emergency cleaning needs (spills, accidents, etc.) promptly and effectively
Other duties as required

Ability to learn and practice acceptable cleaning methods
Knowledge of cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing ladders & stairs)
Ability to predominantly sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, type, crouch, and lift. Requires the ability to lift typical office equipment
Requires a valid driver’s license
