As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Strategy in researching and analyzing wealth-tech industry trends, creating competitive product comparisons, and identifying industry developments to inform strategic decision-making within the company. For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Berwyn, PA; Sacramento, CA; Hebron, KY; Provo, UT.

In this role, youll get to:
Develop and execute competitive and market intelligence, including market analysis, positioning, and growth opportunities
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities
Translate insights into actionable recommendations
Establish processes for collecting and synthesizing intelligence
Publish reports and presentations for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, articles, conference slide decks, and reports
Collaborate with finance, business intelligence, product, marketing, and other teams to ensure strategic initiatives are well-integrated and supported across Orion
Assist in preparation of materials for executive meetings and board presentations
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by the Head of Strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry consultants
Present to internal and external audiences on industry/company trends
Were looking for talent who:
Demonstrates ability to take ownership and of key deliverables from start to finish
Has strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building relationships within Orion, so that key team members are users of the information/insights produced and that the team is excited to share information with and work with the successful candidate
Has financial analysis and modeling experience
Has analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Has advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Has a minimum of a bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Has a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in market/equity research, competitive intelligence/strategic analysis preferably within the wealth management or fintech industry
Obtains Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$72,860.00 - $110,014.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
