Position Description
The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for fostering meaningful connections between Project Harmony and the community, focusing on building strong relationships with volunteers, local partners, and service providers. This role will lead the continued growth of Project Harmony’s established volunteer program, ensuring it remains dynamic, impactful, and responsive to organizational needs. By creating innovative opportunities for engagement, the coordinator will enhance volunteer involvement and expand community partnerships to support the organization’s mission.
This position requires strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, evaluate program outcomes, and implement best practices. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Community Engagement Coordinator will ensure community programs are inclusive, effective, and aligned with Project Harmony’s goals, inspiring individuals and groups to actively support children and families in the community.
