Full time Lead Server

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Lead Server II to work at Immanuel Village, located at 6803 North 68th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68152. Immanuel Village has 99 independent living and 36 assisted living apartment homes. Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 2:00pm (including holidays).

This position will pay up to $17.42/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include assisting the management team with new employees training and helping implement our company policies and cleanliness of our dining rooms. Also working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.
