As our Senior Customer Analyst you will provide analysis to support customer marketing efforts and predict customer buying trends. If you have a passion for data look no further. Your expert knowledge in statistical and data modeling provides you opportunities to predict customer behavior via segmentation and profiling customers. Additionally, you will be part of a team that develops metrics, reducing overall company costs, and improving decision support for our leaders. Finally, you will integrate customer analysis with circulation, production, and e-commerce to drive results and make significant impact in the organization.
Here’s what you need to join the fun:
· Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Finance
· Master’s Degree in a similar field is preferred
· Four to Six years of experience in marketing analysis related to direct marketing, financial services, or other service sector
· Experience with relational database query language such as SQL
· Proficiency with SAS, SPSS, or other statistical tools is required with Analytix software preferred
· Experience with multivariate data analysis methods is required, prefer experience with large, (multi-million) customer base
· Experience in statistical analysis to include segmentation techniques, direct/target marketing and analysis of large populations is highly preferred
· Ability to work independently on multiple, simultaneous projects under tight deadlines
· Excellent team building, organizational, communication and time management skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
