Bilingual Recovery Specialist (Medical Accounts)

We are seeking motivated and goal-minded professionals to join our Healthcare team at 72nd & Mercy Road in Omaha! In this position you will accept inbound calls from patients to help explain medical bills and arrange payments on delinquent accounts. You will also manage daily and weekly account inventories in order to follow-up to ensure proper payments are made.  This position requires keen multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills. Monthly bonuses are awarded based set goals and the amounts collected - you can earn as much as your persistence and tenacity allow!  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, sales or call center experience required
• Minimum 3 months experience in health insurance billing and/or follow up billing procedures preferred
• Candidates would need to meet the experiences requirement of the specific project.
• Basic Computer knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (skill may or may not be required dependent upon position that is open)
