This position will teach the Nurse Aide Course and/or the Medication Aide Course and other Professional Development courses utilizing the state approved curriculums in Nebraska. Associates Degree in nursing, minimal; BSN degree preferred. Current State of Nebraska RN license or compact agreement state. Minimum 2 years nursing experience. Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers Certification. Experience teaching nurse aide course. Experience supervising nurse aides and/or nurses. Preferred: 1 year or more experience working in a long term care facility. Availability during the day, evenings and weekends if necessary.
