Licensed as a health care professional in the state of Nebraska. Associates Degree required. BS Degree preferred. Masters preferred. Minimum five years recent clinical experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and make independent clinical judgments. Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team. Knowledge of health care financial environment and reimbursement systems. Computer skills: experience with Windows and graphic software. Effective critical thinking/analytical skills. Ability to effectively evaluate care across the continuum.
