Position Description

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS: A graduate degree in nursing and two years of clinical experience in an acute care nursing practice setting are required; previous experience as a nurse educator is preferred. Candidates must be a licensed nurse in Iowa or compact state or have the ability to be licensed. Preference will be given to candidates with curriculum development experience, demonstrated ability to evaluate student performance, experience with test item writing, and experience with instructional technology.

Job Duties:

RESPONSIBILITIES: The faculty member is responsible for teaching and medical/surgical nursing and pharmacology concepts.
