Administration and operational support for a Microsoft network infrastructure Active

Directory, Windows Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2007, VMWare, Citrix, OCS, DNS. System monitoring and metrics along with systems documentation for production systems. Problem resolution support and coordination. Identification and improvements to operational support processes. Successful candidate will have experience with 2nd and 3rd level IT technical troubleshooting in a mid to large size organization with a server and network infrastructure that spans multiple locations and where the organization is dependent on utilizing technology as an integral part of delivering services to customers.
