Position Description
HDR is a highly successful employee owned firm that has been in business for over 90 years. We are a top 20 ENR firm, with a great history of successfully serving Municipal clients in Texas and across the United States. The Municipal Program Manager will be based in the McKinney/ Dallas / Fort Worth metropolitan area. The Municipal Program Manager’s primary duties will be to market and execute municipal services to our clients. Will work closely with the Operations Manager for the McKinney office, Regional and Local Technical Directors, and Municipal staff to develop various size pursuits in North Texas. Encompasses developing leads, preproposal visitations, proposal preparation, presentations and negotiations. Will also work on and manage Municipal projects. Typically supervises project teams and acts as a mentor for less experienced municipal staff. The ideal candidate will have established long-term relationships with clients in North Texas Local Agencies and Counties.
