The Business Development Director, Science & Technology- Boston is primarily responsible for developing business opportunities within established corporate goals. Primary duties include identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, developing market networks, and positioning the firm for new pursuits.



Specific duties and responsibilities include:



Establish the strategic plan, goals, and objectives of the business development effort required to meet specific financial goals.

Using market data and other business information develop lists of potential clients appropriate for HDR CUH2A services.

Analyze and qualify potential clients in terms of professional and financial value to the firm.

Identify and contact key decision makers.

Work directly with Market Sector Leaders, Project Directors, Project Managers and other firm leaders in the pursuit of new opportunities.

Coordinate activities with market sector teams and other Business Developers and Market Sector Leaders.

Work directly with Marketing Services in the preparation of brochures and proposals.

Develop proposal and interview strategies and guide teams through these processes.

Participate in conferences, professional associations and other external organizations to develop business contacts.

Maintain client relationship during project delivery to ensure client satisfaction
