We are seeking a highly motivated, Human Resource Manager for our Knoxville, TN location which has approximately 85 employees. In this position you will direct and manage regional human resources to assure operational and financial goals and standards are met and achieve the customer service expectations of the managers and employees you serve. Primary responsibilities for the Knoxville location include: partnering and consulting with managers, employee relations, recruitment, training, performance appraisal administration, and management of a three employee department. You will be a member of the regional management team and corporate education council plus you will need to assure a strong public image in the community.



To be successful in this position you will need:

* A bachelors degree, HR certification strongly preferred.

* At least 6 years exempt level human resource experience.

* Previous supervisory or management experience.

* Be multi-task oriented and extremely organized to effectively handle the diversity of the duties.

* Leadership skills including strategic business perspective, change management and ability to influence outcome.

* Coaching, consulting and facilitation skills.

* Steadfast integrity, ethics and commitment to lifelong learning.
