A proactive, results-oriented marketer with experience developing and managing successful B2B customer acquisition programs.
1. Lead efforts for the Commercial Card product team to develop new customer acquisition programs in alignment with product strategies
2. Plan, manage and communicate daily activities associated with new customer programs to all stakeholders
3. Work with bank partners and external resources to facilitate on-time and on-budget multi-channel marketing campaigns
4. Provide insights and recommendations to the Commercial Card product team to maximize program effectiveness to achieve desired results
5. Continuously assess and adjust marketing programs to improve program performance and test new opportunities
6. Participate in meetings with bank partners to leverage broader efforts for the benefit of the Commercial Card team
Job Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in new customer marketing, preferably in a business-to-business environment
3. Strong communications, interpersonal, planning, organizational, analytical thinking and project management skills
4. Sound understanding of credit card products and services, supporting marketing, operations and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery
5. Demonstrated experience working effectively in a collaborative environment
6. Energetic and enthusiastic team player
