Primary Duties: This person functions as a liaison between leadership and patient care members assuming responsibility for the seamless facilitation of patient care across the continuum. They collaborate with the Clinical Resources Nurses from Medical/Oncology, Ortho/Neuro, and Adult Surgical units, Unit Managers from the corresponding units, the Assistant Director and Nursing Supervisors to ensure quality patient care.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska, without restrictions. BSN preferred. Certification in specialty area preferred. Five or more years of clinical RN experience is required. ACCN Medical/Surgical Certification preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to function as a nursing resource to physicians, staff, patients and families. They also need to possess excellent critical thinking skills, in order to recognize priority patient situations needing immediate attention. Candidates must have strong communication skills, and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service and care.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
