PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST to join our team in PLANO, TX.

**THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION WORKING 20 HOURS PER WEEK. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH TITLE SYSTEMS.**

Responsibilities:

Provide business systems and applications analysis in support of the development of new business applications. Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Conduct need and gap analysis and provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Develop detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates. Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend corrections. Unit test modules before implementation and review end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) for accuracy. Select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; use scenarios in end user acceptance testing. Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department. Evaluate and translate end user needs and problems to technical associates. Teach end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system procedures. In upgrades, monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.

Required Skills:

5+ years business analysis experience, gathering requirements, working with development and testing teams

2+ yrs of experience working with a title system (Escrow and Closing functionalities)

Experience working with offshore development and testing teams

Desired Skills:

Technical background preferred

Understanding of Texas Regulations

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferred
