History
VIPGift was established in 1999 by A. Hamid Andalib, who learned the value of a gift certificate during his thirty years in the restaurant industry. As owner of the Loft Restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Hamid marveled at how a Loft gift certificate was deemed a perfect gift for any occasion. It became a staple of his business.
Still, he felt that there were some recipients who, in fact, might want to be rewarded with something other than a fine dining experience. And so was born VIPGift – an incentive reward program that provides recipients with the ultimate gift: choice. A single VIPGift Pass is redeemable for literally millions of choices, factoring in the worldwide acceptance of the Prepaid VIPGift Visa card.
At the same time, VIPGift offers the card-givers their own gifts: simplicity, efficiency and flexibility. Using proprietary web-based delivery systems, VIPGift is able to custom-design programs to meet a customer’s needs and desires, and deliver customized gift cards and support services electronically.
The combination of customized technology and personalized service has proved a winning one. Since its beginnings in 1999, VIPGift has surged in sales and experienced triple digit annualized growth.
