Family Support Worker
Position Description
ENCOR provides a wide range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The Family Support Worker will work in the home to provide guidance and support in areas that the individual and the family require assistance. This support includes training with family members and direct care of the person being served.
Must be a High School grad or have a GED and must have a minimum of one year paid experience working with developmentally disabled persons. Other requirements include meeting a 70 pound lifting requirement, having a driver’s license in good standing, (with 2 or less moving violations in the last 5 years and no DUI’s), having a car with State required car insurance.
Must have anytime availability.
