Position Description
Responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of assigned dailycash positions. Includes the gathering, analyzing, and consolidating of information from various internal and external sources and determining the funding requirements needed. Reconciliation of daily assigned fiduciary accounts. Initiate and / or approve repetitive and non-repetitive wire / ach transfers. Daily transmittal and confirmation of ach files. Ability to cross train for other daily settlement desks.
4 year Accounting/Finance degree. Minimum one-three years treasury operations/accounting experience. PC skills to include (Excel, Word, email). Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Strong organizational skills to meet departmental timeframes. Proven leadership ability / clear communication skills / result oriented. Able to share coverage responsibilities as needed, which includes working on holidays. Merchant acquiring / operations experience or banking operations experience is a plus.
