Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization created in 1986 to develop, finance, renovate and manage affordable housing for Chattanooga and Hamilton County’s low-to-moderate income citizens.
Our mission is to be the City of Chattanooga’s leading partner in the use of housing to build healthy, socio-economically diverse neighborhoods. We derive our support primarily from the City of Chattanooga, Lyndhurst Foundation, U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Tennessee Housing Development Agency, local banks and financial institutions, and friends.
It is our desire that this web site be informative for those in our community who desire to know more about CNE and that it be a resource for those who are interested in improving their housing and their neighborhoods.
