Position Description

ACT TEAM MEMBER

 

Contributes to the mission of the organization by serving as a member of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of psychiatric, nursing, clinical, rehabilitative, and peer support professionals who provide highly integrated and holistic services designed to support community tenure for adults with serious mental illness and significant history of institutional or hospital care.

 A full-time position is available for a professional who: 

  • Is client focused,  
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) plus related experience (Experience with adults with a serious mental illness preferred), and  

  • Has a valid driver’s license or ability to arrange for reliable transportation.
